  • Checkins/Captains Meeting will begin at 6am
    • There will be boats that will launch and be docked in the horse shoe, there will also be some boats that will want to stay the night before, I’ll coordinate with the dockmaster on that.
  • The fire department rescue/dive team will show up around 630/7. We need to consider space for them to park their rig (its like a large fire engine). They will hang around till after the last person is unloaded
    • We also need to factor in a dropoff area and parking, since most of the participants have some type of physical disability. We had a couple golf carts last year, we might need those again to get them from the drop off to the boats.
  • Takeoff will be around 8am
  • The boats will start returning around noon
  • I will get the grill team organized to start cooking around 11 to prepare for the guests. The food will be purchased by FHNB through the club
  • I am working with Tony H to get a keg donated or discounted for the event.
