Friday Night Specials for February

“Beefsteak” Tomato Tartare GF
Seasoned and finely chopped roasted tomatoes, black olives, & cucumber are served
with a side of romaine leaves

Banh Mi Nachos
Seared Korean pork belly is layered with fresh cilantro, pickled carrots, jalapeños &
onions, served on tortilla chips and finished with cotija cheese

Seared Scallops GF
Delicious golden seared scallops accompanied by pea coulis, quinoa melody, and
finished with a sriracha bourbon glaze

Stuffed Lobster
One half lobster is stuffed with a shrimp & lobster cracker stuffing is baked served with
sautéed brussel sprouts and drizzled with a Newburg sauce
